Welcome to my lovely new studio, i’m really happy you’re here!

What i’ve learned to deeply appreciate about being a massage therapist, as well as a woman (she/her) moving intentionally through my 40’s, is how each have taught me the importance of creating space for my ongoing self-care.

Finding effective, enjoyable and creative outlets for health + wellness are essential to staying in a take care groove, and that’s what The Studio is all about! Massage therapy can facilitate both physical + mindfulness elements of self-care. Creating opportunities to restoratively heal, rest, reset and recharge.

Always searching for my next inspired, creative outlet. I became eager for a solo project that would reflect my vision of my very own curated studio space, evolved massage practice + feel good community.

As I move forward into my 15th year as a practicing RMT, I continue to offer my signature therapeutic work and deep tissue massages, while also offering a unique + inspired new menu of grounding, enjoyable and effective massage therapy options for clients to utilize and enjoy.

  • Living in the Pacific North West in an incredible city like Vancouver, means constantly being surrounded by beauty + nature. I’m truly grateful for my life here and how being connected to these organic elements has helped me feel better grounded + content.

    Life on the west coast is a constant adventure! I love to be in the trees, scrambling up mountains, dipping in the ocean, riding its waves, paddling on a quiet lake, taking in the green of the rainforest and staring in awe at the incredible views.

    I’m very thankful for the community I have here and appreciate how all our connections and experiences together, can influence change in our lives. Wether it be Inspiring or challenging us to move forward into directions that can lead to growth.

  • Rest + quiet.

    I love to be social, out in the world and connecting with people but my alone time to recharge, get grounded and process is my happy balance.

    Movement.

    It’s the ultimate way for me to shift my energy and reset. Whether it’s a home workout, walk in nature or around my neighbourhood to look at flowers and enjoy the community. Hopping on my bike to tour around. I always feel more relaxed and in my body after.

    Connecting.

    To myself, creativity, people + life. I journal and go to therapy to process, get creative with different projects and designing, share my ideas and goals with friends and try to appreciate the ride of life whether it’s in a flow or challenging.

    Massages :)

    As an RMT it’s important to me to practice what I preach. It keeps me grounded, moving and helps me rehab my body when I need it! I’m very passionate about facial massages. Using lovely oils and tools is my little solo retreat every morning + night.

  • Mount Pleasant has been my home for 15 years. I love a day walking up Main, grabbing lattes, popping into shops, eating great food, running into people you know, having fleeting moments + smiles from strangers. It’s such a creative and fun community! I’m always excited to try a new restaurant and support local small businesses, who are really what make neighbourhoods in Vancouver so special to be a part of.

    I’m also excited to connect + be apart of The Studio’s new neighbourhood! I love finding hidden gems like The Farmers Apprentice, Grapes + Soda and Beaucoup Bakery to name a few. Being close to Kits beach for a post work dip and a sunset before biking back home is going to be such a treat!
